We want each piece to be unique, while ensuring that each item is built to stand the test of time. After all, the kitchen deserves a special touch.
SEARCHING FOR THE BEST
The journey began with ideas that turned into thousands of sketches. But that was only the beginning. What followed was the search for the right manufacturer, a challenging process. Making tableware is an art in itself, very different from making our first collection. We visited several manufacturers and tested many samples, all with one aim: to offer our customers the very best.
After all, the kitchen is the perfect space - whether you're spending time with your family, reflecting alone, or enjoying hours of conversation with your closest friends. It's the heart of your home, where love begins and memories are made. NINÉ aims to bring a unique and colourful touch to this space. Our products must be easy to place on the table and leave a lasting impression at every meal.
TRADITIONS
And where better to create such a unique collection than in Portugal? A country renowned for its ceramic tradition. In Portugal, the facades of houses and palaces, churches, gardens, and even train and metro stations are adorned with incredible ceramic creations. So off we went—to Portugal. What we found was beyond our expectations.
BEHIND THE SCENES
We discovered a family business that had been making the finest pottery for generations. From the moment we arrived, we were given a warm welcome and an extensive tour of the factory. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for: warmth, dedication, and craftsmanship. We knew immediately that this was the place.
Each piece is handcrafted and carefully painted by people who truly master their craft. Throughout the production process, we were regularly updated with pictures of the progress. It was incredible to see how each piece come to life.
