NINÉ items are delivered within 1-3 business days. So you never have to wait long for your favorite item(s)! 

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders over €100 are shipped for free in The Netherlands.

NINÉ ships its packages with DHL and PostNL.

4.2 NINÉ always strives to ensure that you receive your favorite product(s) as quickly as possible and within the estimated delivery time. If for any reason this is not possible, we will notify you immediately.

4.3 The shipping time is an estimate that can be influenced by various circumstances. If your order does not arrive on the estimated arrival date, it is not possible to file a claim. Of course, we always do our best to ensure that you receive your order on time.



What is our return policy?
Of course, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase! Do you still want to return something? Then you can consult the return policy below:

You have a 21-day cooling-off period for any purchase at NINÉ from the date you received your order. If we receive the item(s) in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund. The return is at your own expense.

How do you return a product?
Go to our return portal to start your return proces.

Insert your order number and the email associated with your account, click on “Find Your Order” and follow the steps. Attach your return label to your package.

Note: When returning, you are responsible for the package/products until we have received them. Therefore, we recommend keeping the shipping receipt and, if applicable, the tracking number.

The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

What should you do with a damaged or defectively delivered product?
Contact us at if the delivered product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect. Send us a photo of the product. There is no need to send the product back to the above address on your own. We will personally resolve this with you.
