Please read the General Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering an item from NINÉ. The Terms and Conditions contain important information about who we are, how we deliver products to you, how both we and you can modify and terminate the purchase agreement, and what steps to take if an issue arises.

Article 1. General
1.1 By ordering an item, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all products, orders, offers, agreements, and deliveries.

Article 2. Formation of the Agreement
2.1 When you place your order, the agreement becomes binding. NINÉ processes your order upon receipt of payment. Until that time, NINÉ remains the owner of the item(s).

2.2 If we are unable to deliver the items you ordered, due to reasons such as insufficient stock or a pricing error, we will always inform you. In such a case, no purchase agreement is established, and the purchase amount will be refunded promptly.

2.3 All images and specification data on the website are indicative and cannot be a basis for compensation or termination of the agreement. For more information, please refer to the Disclaimer.

Article 3. Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 All product prices on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Before placing an order, we will inform you about the shipping costs and the total amount to be paid.

3.2 You can securely complete your order using iDEAL, Apple Pay, or credit card (Mastercard / Visa). Payment must be fully settled before we dispatch your order. If the payment is declined for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order until full payment is received.

3.3 If an incorrect price is mistakenly listed for an item, clearly indicating an error, we have the right to correct it. If you have placed an order based on an incorrect price, we will contact you for further instructions before shipping the order. If you have already received the order, we may terminate the purchase. You will receive a refund, and we will require you to return the item to us.

Article 4. Delivery

4.1 NINÉ ships its packages using DHL and PostNL.

4.2 NINÉ always aims to ensure that you receive your favorite product(s) as quickly as possible and within the estimated delivery time. If for any reason this is not possible, we will notify you immediately.

4.3 The shipping time is an estimate that can be influenced by various circumstances. If your order does not arrive on the estimated arrival date, it is not possible to file a claim. However, we always strive to ensure that you receive your order on time.

Article 5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 When purchasing a product, you have the option to terminate the agreement within 14 days without providing any reasons. NINÉ may inquire about the reason for withdrawal but cannot compel you to disclose it.

5.2 During these 14 days, it is expected that you handle both the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep it. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product and any accessories provided — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging, following the instructions in the return policy.

5.3 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the costs are at your own expense. NINÉ ensures that once the return is received, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days.

Article 6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Naturally, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase! If you still wish to return something, please consult our return policy.

6.2 Unfortunately, items from NINÉ cannot be exchanged. If you wish to purchase a new or different item, you should return the product already delivered. We will process the refund, and then you can place a new order.

Article 7. Warranty

7.1 All NINÉ products come with a two-month warranty on the quality of the product, after the 14-day cooling-off period. If the quality is not satisfactory, please contact us at info@ninekitchenware.com.

7.2 NINÉ will always provide you with an appropriate solution. The specific option offered is at NINÉ's discretion.

  • We will repair the product if possible.
  • If repair is not feasible, we will send you a new product.
  • If it's not possible to repair the product and it's out of stock, we will offer you a refund.

7.3 The warranty becomes void if the product has been used in a manner for which it was not intended, if modifications have been made or attempted on the product, or if the product shows defects due to careless use.

Article 8. Use of Your Personal Data

8.1 NINÉ uses your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 9. Disputes

9.1 Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between NINÉ and you to which these General Terms and Conditions apply.

    After the payment has been processed and the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Haven't received an email? Please check your spam folder.

    Once the order is shipped from the distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation. The invoice will be attached as a separate document with the shipping confirmation.

Delivery & Shipping

  • What is the expected delivery time for my order?
    We strive to deliver all NINÉ items within 1-3 business days. So you never have to wait long for your favorite item(s)!

  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders over €100 are shipped for free.

  • I made a mistake when entering the delivery address. What now? Mistakes happen, of course! Until the order is shipped, you still have time to make changes to the address. Please contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance. Once the order has been shipped, unfortunately, changes are no longer possible.


  • Is it possible to make changes to my order?
    You cannot make changes to the order after it has been placed. For questions, you can always contact our customer service. Once you have received the package, we can explore a suitable solution.

  • Is it possible to cancel my order? If the order has not yet been shipped and you have not received the shipping confirmation, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order. Please have your order number ready to expedite the process with customer service.

  • Is it possible to return my order?
    Of course, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase! If you still wish to return something, you can consult the return policy outlined below:

You have a 14-day cooling-off period for any purchase at NINÉ from the date you received your order. If we receive the item(s) in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund. The return is at your own expense.

  • What can I do if I receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact customer service if the delivered product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault. Send us a photo of the product. There's no need to send the product back to the above address on your own. We will personally resolve this with you.

Note: When returning an item, you are responsible for the package/products until we have received them. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the shipping receipt and, if applicable, the tracking number safe.
