What is our return policy?
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! Would you still like to return something? Then you can consult the return policy below:
You have 14 days to change your mind about every purchase at NINÉ, starting from the date you received your order. When purchasing a set, only the entire set can be returned, not individual items. When we receive the item(s) in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging, you will be refunded the full amount. The return costs are at your own expense.
We want to emphasize that you, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring the items arrive in good condition when returning them. If you wish to return a damaged item, please contact our customer service first before sending the damaged item back.
How do you return a product?
Go to our return portal to start your return proces.
Insert your order number and the email associated with your account, click on “Find Your Order” and follow the steps. Attach your return label to your package.
Note: When returning, you are responsible for the package/products until we have received them. Therefore, we recommend keeping the shipping receipt and, if applicable, the tracking number.
The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
What should you do with a damaged or defectively delivered product?
Contact us at info@ninekitchenware.com if the delivered product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect. Send us a photo of the product. There is no need to send the product back to the above address on your own. We will personally resolve this with you.
